Participated in an internship in the high school art department.  Worked with a school population, which was mostly black and Hispanic.  Responsibilities included dressing professionally, assisting students with assignments, designing examples of work for class, and observation of teaching styles.

Served as a substitute teacher for the high school.  When possible, I was placed in the art department.  Responsibilities included teaching from teachers lesson plans and discipline of students.
